I'm not sure how to figure this out, so I figured I'd ask.

Here's the bass on eBay:

SX SJB-57

The seller says the neck is 24" long

Here's the bass at RondoMusic.com:

SX SJB-57 BK

Says it's full scale, but the lack of the "BK" makes me wonder.

Can anyone help me solve this dilemma?

Thanks

The BK just stands for Black. It's part of the product code for when you're ordering. If you look at the other ones there are 3TS etc. It's just what the site uses to differentiate color.

it says that the scale is 34" which is standard i think

So just to clarify, 34" scale means it's full scale?

( can't believe I didn't see that)

IIRC, 30" is usually "short scale", 34" is "full scale" or "standard", and 35" is "long scale", though there are other names for all of them.

And is that seller's name "Big Men Shaven" or" Big Men's Haven"?
Nope, no sig here.

No, 34" is long scale.
35" is extra-long scale.

Like I said, different names for all of them...it's really frustrating. That is what most string companies use though, you're right.
