I recently traded some **** for an 89' Marshall 9040 and for some reason the sound doesn't go through. The way it is setup is that the Preamp and amp go through a power sponge to cancel out any hum from the outlet. They are hooked up to a Feedback reducer and Spring Reverb system (classic gear, amazing) what I think the problem is is that the input for the guitar is screwy or something is wrong with the preamp connection to the Amp. I know nothing is wrong with the connection to the speakers because they pop when I plug in the connector cords to the amp. Any ideas of what it may be so I can get to shredding? (BTW, yes I did get all this **** for only 1 2004 PC tower with the equipment and 2 hard drives X) )
