Recorded with my 6505 and a Mesa Single rec both through a 2x12 avatar with V30s. Used an Sm57 through an M Audio MobilePre interface into REAPER. Drums are from AddictiveDrums.

Its on my profile as Song 1. let me know what you think.

If by "clean" you mean "get a finger right up in there and do a good bit of spelunking" then i guess "at any given opportunity" is my answer.

Like the chord progression, and the more chimey chords in the breakdown. Nice tempo changes, gives the piece some motion. Not sure how I feel about the ending; I really wanted an abrupt return to some heavy riffing, but it just faded out instead. If that's the effect you're going for, then cool, but I just think you were down tempo for a little too long.

Also, where you playing a lead part around the :50 mark? I swear I can almost hear some noodling within the chord, but it's too distorted for me to make it out.

Anyway, I really liked the song. For me personally, it just needs some fleshing out (maybe a unifying riff, to tie the song together?)

Thanks bra's. Yeah at the riff at :50 there is a really subtle lead that goes along with the chord progression just to add some more depth.

Also we just let it fade out cause its gonna be the end of our demo so it will be a sweet ending.
