So I have a Jackson SL2H soloist that I want to set up for Drop C tuning. What string gauge should I use? its a 25.5" scale with a Floyd Rose Bridge. What strings will i have to use so that the tremolo will be balanced?

well its more about the springs in the back and how thick of strings you want with out it feeling to loose, I use 60- 12 but you can use 52- 10 and be fine
amps
Vox Ac 30 (main)
Fender Supersonic with Krank Krankenstien 4x12
OR 50 with 4 x 12
Gassing for ibanes airplane flanger

I'd use 10-52 , that way you can still do those big bends with ease while retaining tight low strings.

11-48 work fine for me.

A woman's perspective is great, you get to stare down at least one top without anyone caring.

For the same feelings as .9's in standard, then .10's are your choice.

I'm playing the same guitar as you in Drop C tuning, and I'm using 10-52 Slinky Top heavy Bottoms's

EDIT: I use 10-46 in standard

If you are looking for the feeling of 9s in standard, go with 10s.
My name is Collin, please feel free to use it

this is absolutely, 100% correct.
For example, Dave Mustaine has a signature coffee mix.

I've used Ernie Ball Skinny tops/heavy bottoms (10-52) for drop C and thought they were too loose and so i gauged up to EB Beefy Slinkies (11-54) and they feel great. plenty of tension.

also, Searchbar. every other day, there's another thread asking: what gauge do i need to play in drop C? Searchbar can help a lot.

you're not gonna want to take a dump in a gross, off-colored, vintage toilet. you want something that is white and pearly; something that shines. something that you can put your cheeks against and say, "f*** yeah"
