So, at a car boot, walking past the usual stalls of books, vides and soft toys when i see, lying up against a table, a rather odd looking guitar. I talk to the guy, he says he found it, and would give it to me for £5, since he didnt know the state of the electronics, hardware etc.

Its an old satellite guitar, 3/4 size, with a missing tuning peg head, broken scratchplate and tremelo spring and arm are missing. But still, for 5 quid, and working electronics, can't be all bad.

Any more info, please do share

Thats a wierd looking guitar... Don't know much about it. But for 5... whatever your currency is, who could pass up that? HNGD

That is weird. But I like the finish. What the hell is going on with that bridge?
The whole thing looks alien.
EDIT: If you want a new pickguard, good luck cutting one out yourself.

The bridge is a bigsby-esque bridge, its missing a spring in the gap and a trem arm.

Think of it this way, all the repairs that are needed probably cost way less than what this is worth.

What are those two little switches on the pickguard supposed to do?

I believe they are on-off switches for the pickups.

I'm guessing its just a Japanese beginner guitar from the 70's. Thats generally what all of them look like.
