my old guitar teacher had a program on his macbook (i don't know what model) that would allow him to quickly and effectively adjust the key a song was in by half-steps, or the tempo, and probably various other things. he could open a song in this program through itunes, too. does anybody know what program i'm talking about? i no longer see this guitar teacher, so i can't ask him.

also: no, it wasn't garageband. it wasn't a full music program, just a small utility.

you can do all of that with audacity. it's freeware so just go download it at download.com or something.

It was not Audacity.
