Ao what's the hardest instrument you have ever played?

I have played:

- A Piano(At school for a few months)

- Drums(Once or twice at friends houses)

- A Tin Whistle(At school for a couple of months)

- A Guitar(Self taught a year and a half)

The guitar is the hardest I have played. It took days of endless practicing when I first got it just to play a riff

Harmonica's pretty hard.. Specially if you want to use Sharp and Flat notes.

Harp is also pretty tough...

To me, I guess it was the Cello, which I played for a couple of years before turning to the guitar.
I like to pick my nose and eat whatever comes out. Whatever comes out..

Dildo.

But really, It would be the drums for me.

Theremin is all about hearing the note in a way, which made it very hard for the first few minutes...and keeping your hands still.
Quite likes Corrine Bailey Rae's new album Don't hurt me.
#7
Drums for me. I can rock the stringed instruments, and the piano is not that hard for me. I've never tried horns or woodwinds, though. Those might be hard for me.

I've played recorder (damn first year music class ), guitar, bass and drums (briefly). For me drums was hard - I had trouble with coordinating my feet. A bit more practice and I might get it, but I don't own or really intend to own a kit.

Guitar
Bass
Double Bass
Piano

I'd say piano given that you have to read in two clefs at the same time and that there's generally more to think about.
TO = used for expressing motion or direction toward a point, person, place, or thing approached and reached, as opposed to from

TWO = the number 2

TOO = in addition; also; furthermore; to an excessive extent or degree

I play guitar, drums, bass and can sing ON KEY (if that counts). Definitely the drums are the hardest. Takes a couple of months to be able to fully coordinate feet and hands, and then you discover there is something called double pedal, and we spend another month trying to coordinate BOTH feet. Then you start trying to play metalcore and it gets waaay more ugly. Guitar is not as hard once you get your fingers to wake up. I think what's difficult about guitar is that there's a lot, A LOT, of theory involved in guitar learning.

Harmonica was so confusing. You have to do three things simultaneously. While playing chords (without seeing the buttons and they are all identical) on your left hand you have to play the melodies on your right hand and use right hand to pump air in and out of the thing. That was extremely hard to play anything.

LOL, for some reason the impression I get from you is like some wacky Frank Zappa of metal pulling pranks at the Grammys and telling crude jokes during interviews.

Violin is ****ing obscene. Honestly though the pipe organ is hardest, seconded by violin and then prolly guitar. Pipe is hard hard because of the multiple key rows and the multiple foot pedals.

Pipe organ= metal piano.

Digeridoo.

Serious, I couldn't get a proper noise out of it for about a week.

i played guitar (on and off for about 4 years), drums, flute (about 2 weeks), piano (i include bells, xylophone), kettle drums, marching snare and marching bass (everything else was at least 6 straight years).

my fav is the guitar and i believe is the hardest that i've tried to learn.

but i hear the harp is by far the hardest overall...

Well any instrument I didn't know how to play was pretty difficult; so any thing other than guitar, or a brass instrument
"You're a twat!"- That dude in morrisons

"You Ugly git!" - That girl in the restaurant

"You Were a Mistake!" - Mum

Double bass, physically hard. Played in a folkloric group about a year and a half. "Those aren't strings! They're elevator cables!" - Me

Portuguese guitar, tuning is too weird, quit after about 2 weeks.

Seriously, anyone who says drums are hard is a noob on a royal scale. I could play Rush licks in a week of getting a kit.

On topic, I think that violin is ridiculously hard. I know, I'm learning it.
#35
Out of guitar, piano, clarinet, saxophone...

It has to be piano. Reading two staves at the same time is bloody hard, and it usually takes me a long time to co-ordinate my left and right hands.

AND SO I WATCH YOU FROM AFAR

Bagpipes. Seriously, if anyone knows the correct way to start those f*ckers up please let me know.

everything's hard when you're not good at it
even when you do know how to play an instrument there's always gona be more challenging things to play with it
even something as simple as a banging on a snare drum could become really technical with all the different rat-a-tat-tats
