Alright heres the deal:

I traded my Ibanez RG5ex1 for a Jackson RR3 and last night before i layed down for bed i added 2 more spring to the back and set up and what not.

then i decided that i need to lower the action a little bit and when i got everything ready (found my allen wrench) i tried to lower the springs and realized THAT THE POST IS COMPLETELY STRIPPED

I need to know how to fix this and where would be a cheap place to get another one if needed (post)

Lower springs? or did you mean the strings? I take it as the latter umm you'll definitely need to get a new one and that also involves taking off the tremolo so you can undo the stud and replace it. To get a new one stewmac have a Schaller stud which may fit on yours.
