It's a Ibanez Les Paul copy from 1976, an Ibanez 2350 CS.
The guitar has some scratches, small dings, no pickguard and the gold hardware has worn off so now it's more like nickel. The frets and tuners have been replaced.

Mahogany body with a birch top, bolt on maple neck.

Any ideas what it could be worth?

oooh, heres a goody, if it has a headstock like the gibson, its a lawsuit, in which case it means that if it is all original, its going to be collectable. Either way, if you can buy it go for it, check out www.ibanezcollectors.com and speak to JohnS

Unfortunately it's not a lawsuit.
