You know when people draw shapes and words on their guitar with a marker or paint?
I was wondering if anybody knew of any websites that have templates?
Or just anything that would help me because I'm clueless.
Post pictures of if you have any!

Thank you so much.

go to wal mart or your local crafts store and find templates or stencils?

you could also use stamps to simply stamp some kinda pattern on your guitar.

ever try using an eraser on one when you drawn on paper with it?

OF COURSE ITS PERMANENT!

especially once it really settles into the grain of the wood

Actually, if its a glossy finish, Sharpie (for the most part) will come off with rubbing alcohol.

Just know what you want to do, prepare, and do it right the first time.

Myself... I'll pass on the artwork.

If you don't know what to draw, chances are it won't come out right.
Most of the stuff people right and draw and stuff is inspiration, or slogans that they believe, or stuff like that. Something like this, to me, is something that you have to really feel, not just doing it cause it looks awesome (When done right).
I've seen people right favorite bands, songs, lyrics, freeverse, whatever. Just go for it.
