Well here goes,

I want to get a new amp for playing things like metallica , acdc , led zepplin and for just righting my own metal songs.

Ive got an ibanez with dimarzio evos so i'm pretty happy with that and my current amp is a behringer v-tone GMX 210. Is this amp good enough? If i'm to get a new amp what type should it be? i dont want it have any horrible beeeeeeeeeep noises or anything when going loud.

What's your budget? How big can you have it? Any specific make in mind?

I'm assuming you mean $1000aud if so then you might be able to score one of those Bugera amps but i'm not too sure which one would be suited to you.

Blackstar HT-5 + a good 2x12 cab + OD for more gain if you need it +some essential effects like Delay if you still have some money.
Fender American Special HSS Stratocaster
Ibanez 1987 Roadstar II Deluxe
Yamaha THR10X
Marshall JCM900 SL-X
Ibanez WD-7 Weeping Demon Wah
TC Electronic Polytune
Seymour Duncan Tweakfuzz

For under a thou you're probably looking at a combo. While Marshall sound is what you're after here I think, I'm not sure a valve combo is within your budget. If not, EL84/EL34 output amps are more 'British' sounding usually than '6L6/6V6' output amps.
Moving on.....

Angus used JTM45s, Pretty sure Jimmy Paige used a Plexi of some sort (Is Led Zepp even considered Metal? I know they pioneered it some, but I consider them more blues rock/hard blues rock =/).

Check out the Marshall clones on Ceriatone or Metroamps. I know CeriaTone's JTM45 clone, Plexi clone, and Superbass 100 are pretty good, and sound amazing. They also got JCM clones and some other stuff.

Go used. You could probably get a JCM800 for that price, maybe a Laney AOR 50 if you can find one.
Fender Lite Ash --> TC Polytune --> Digitech Whammy V --> MXR Phase 90 --> EHX Small Clone --> Strymon Orbit --> TC Flashback X4 --> Rivera R55
