I would give the condition a 8.5-9/10.

READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS AMP! They really says it all. Especially note the sound quality of the average review. It ranges from 9.3-9.8/10, which is a BFD (big ****ing deal)!

I've had the amp for almost a year now, and it has helped me grow as a guitarist and know what a really good amp sounds like. It had all the right sounds for all the music I was interested in: blues, jazz, classic rock, hard rock that was rooted in blues. It had it ALL. With my simple Gibson '58 Les Paul>>Vintage Thomas Organ Wah>>Marshall Bluesbreaker setup, I could get the sweetest clean tone, to the meanest Jimmy Page type of distortion. It currently has 4x12AX7 preamp tubes and 2x6L6GC/5881 power tubes.

In my opinion, my words can hardly do it justice. It is the holy grail of clean tone (I personally think it's better than Fender's Twin's and Twin Reverbs), blues, jazz, classic rock and hard rock. It is also a master at making ANY pedal that you put in front of it to sound good. It has tamed and made beasts like my Boss MT-2 Metalzone pedal SCREAM! I've plugged multiple distortion pedals inside, such as the Boss Metalzone, Ibanez TS-808 (and TS-9), Keeley Modded Boss DS-1, Ibanez Jemini, Visual Sound Jekyll and Hyde and the Triple Recstortion Distortion. I've sold most of them due to financial reasons and space issues.

So, why would someone be selling this? It weighs 66.6lbs, and this amp could easily be renamed the Marshall Bluesbreaker: Backbreaking Reissue. I am going to start gigging with my band a lot very soon, and will be unable to lug around this amp all over. As much as I love this amp, if I want to be able to tour with my band, I am going to have to trade it for an amp that will be more portable. This amp costs $2300, and you can find it for about $1800 +/- $50 used on eBay, so I'm looking to trade this amp for a serious head.

Once again, I'm really only open to trades right now. I'm looking for a mid-high gain tube head and possibly a cabinet.

Trade-wise, So, shoot your offers my way and I'll try my best

Some Companies/Amps I'll be super interested in:

Marshall Hi-Gain 100 watt Marshalls. Specifically, 2203, 2205, Kerry King Signature, modded ones, etc.

Mesa Boogie Rectifiers and Mark series

ENGL

Anything else? Feel free to offer

Pictures will come if you PM me. I assume everyone that will PM me for pictures is seriously considering the amp.

I'd put this up over on TGP or LPF if you haven't already.

I do not want to have to donate to put up an ad on TGP and I do not know what LPF is. Thanks for the tip though

Me too also why i am interested! Let me know what info you would like to know about the amp and i will try and take some pics ect in the mean time.

Well, obviously pics.

What year? Which JCM900 model (Head or Combo/Wattage/Reverb/etc)

Lastly, JCM900's used sell for $650 used, and Marshall Bluesbreakers sell for $1100 or so used. How do you plan to make up for that difference?

Well its a Stack (Head + Cab) And cost near £1000 dont know what that is in dollars.....didn't realise you were based in US so i guess that would pretty much make it impossible to do a swap anyway!

Thanks for the offer. But I'm either looking for cash, or for a Mesa Mark or Recto, ENGL or a 100 W Marshall
