It was on the charts in 1983, same month as Elton John's I Guess That's Why They Call it the Blues, and I think it's only an instrumental, mainly saxophone. It's only one of 2 sax instrumentals that I hear on the radio much, Baker Street's the other one.
That's not as much to work with as I thought.
