I finally got my first tube amp! And I've got to say that I'm incredibly pleased with what I got. Saturday I went and got a B-52 AT-212 for $200 off of some guy on Craigslist. The only thing wrong with it is that its missing a screw in the back and that the reverb doesn't work at all. I can get by without reverb so that's ok.

What do I need to know specifically about tube amps? I noticed that when the tubes are real hot that not all the power tube amps are lit up. Also could it be that I have to replace the reverb tube to fix the reverb?

I'll post pics right after I get home from school.

Pics should be coming in about 4 hours.

Anybody got suggestions for an OD? I'm saving for an ISP Decimator also. Hopefully that will be enough to push it into metal I hope.
