I'm looking to buy a replacement floyd rose for my main guitar, which has a non-locking floyd style bridge. I'm sick of everything screwing up every time i do a dive bomb, and im thinking that doing this and replacing the locking nuts would be a good way to fix this.
Now, i really dont know much about floyd rose bridges other than what catalogues and whatnot tell me, so i was wondering what the differences are between the types of floyd, ie what are the advantages and disadvantages of original vs standard floyd bridges.
since im currently without a job, id probably be looking on ebay, so are there any types the residents of UG would recommend? Thanks in advance
