Wow, that was cool. I really dig the starts and stops with the drums and the open strings. I would suggest making it a little catchier time signature, though. Otherwise, great.

That's awesome, reminds me of the work of 'endless sporadic' how did you write it just out of curiosity? As it just seems really messy and jumbled (in a good way)

I'm actually in the process of writing a full length, so this starts where another song left off which gave me and idea of how to start it. I just sorta went with what sounded right to me, disregarding time sigs to get in the notes I wanted. It just sorta happened I guess

And flummery, I'll post up the whole song eventually, and crit yours when I have a bit more time to sit down and listen.

Sounds cool man. The riff fits well with the rhythm, although I would probably tweak the guitar tone a bit, imo. Good start though!
