Splawn Quick Rod...

...oh wait.

Also, if for some reason I had $30,000 to burn I'd get one of those EVH replica guitars that Fender Custom Shop made a few years back. 'Cause I'm a fanboi that way.

Edit: OK. Eddie's original Fender body, Kramer neck (I think), that he started modding in the 70's. I have no clue what it is worth. $5 - 10M

I'd pay alot for a Bogner Fish if I had the money. I tried one out a week ago and it was awesome for the tones I want. It's been sitting there for almost a year though so hopefully it will still be there when I can get the money together.

Allow me to rephrase: I don't mean expensive, or even influential pieces of gear. I mean, actual, famous pieces of gear. I.E. Angus Young's SG from Back in Black.

famous, as in a guitar owned by another guitarist? bono's Irish Falcon. that thing is ****ing badass. best. colour. ever.

Yum...

You mean the replica?

And since you changed it, I'd have to go with Eric Johnson's 335.

No, his. The real one he only uses in studio.

Chuck Schuldiner's BC Rich Stealth

But that ain't going nowhere. It belongs to Chuck's nephew and it's priceless to him.

Soooo realistically speaking Chuck Schuldiner's BC Rich Ignitor from the recording of Symbolic or his Mockingbird from the early days.

He doesn't own a real 59. I've asked him about it in person. He's got a bunch of replicas. His main studio guitars are a few replicas, the most famous of which are a 59 replica built by Kris Derrig and a 59 replica built by Peter Baranet.

Oh, I thought he said he did have an original he used purely in studio. My bad.

He might have used one on the Libertad album but not as far as I know. The last time I talked to him was right before Libertad came out.

Well, that guitar in particular is nicknamed 'Beano' and it is the gretest guitar tone ever, better thean Brian May's and SRV's combined

This. SRV's Number one the real deal and not a Fender custom shop replica as in the photo below. Doubt his brother will ever sell it or give it up though. I believe that it is priceless.

I wouldn't mind Lenny tho.
