I can only think of Metal songs... Beast and the Harlot by Avenged Sevenfold is pretty challenging. I can beat it in Guitar Hero but that's about it.

Maybe some Zep if you're into classic rock.
Main setup:

PRS Torero SE
Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier Roadster head, 2x12 cab
FX: Crybaby Slash Wah, Ibanez TS9x, Mesa Boogie Throttle Box, Boss TU-2, BF-3, DD-3, PS-6, RC-3, etc.

Rush Songs

Always thought they had awesome drums.

In the classic rock genre (if you're asking for hard drum songs in that genre) you won't really find anything to complicated. You have to realize, the drums are there for keeping rhythm. While something complicated might sound cool, it might not fit the song. Which is where drum intros or drum solos or drum outros or drum fills come into play for the drummers to show what they can do.

Yeah, give him some Rush songs and he'll be begging for easier stuff to play ... or a drum kit ten times the size of his so he can play the songs properly.

Tell your drummer to shut up. What's stopping your drummer from just adding some spice to the songs you already play?

Also,

If you like the 1980's,

And depending on which song you pick,

...Am I the only one who thinks Bonzo looks like Clapton here?

Achilles Last Stand by Led Zeppelin. Insist on playing it a lot faster than the recording. Also extend the solo by about 3-4 minutes. Her hi-hat hitting arm will be dead tired.

Led zepplin songs being a definate idea, look into some danny carey/tool and look into some grohl songs like everlong or song for the dead and tell her to play it like joey castillo did.

Please excuse my godawful username. I was thirteen.

I know they're not really classic rock but how about Ocean Colour Scene, River boat Song or 100 Mile High City. Also anything by Rush as everyone else suggested.

Regards
Delboy

Edit : Also Freebird will make them wish they'd never asked that question LOL.

+1 Rush.

Wont Get Fooled Again - The Who. Keiths drumming is particularly neat in this song. He's often all over the place, and if you watch the live version WGFA in "The Kids Are Alright" filming you will see he is even more all over the place. But he was a really cool drummer, wish he was still with us today.

Amsterdam - Van Halen. I always found Alex Van Halens snare hits in this song kind of strange and possibley hard to coordinate (I'm not sure I dont focus a lot of time on my drumming skills, I'm normally a guitarist.) Also the hihat-ride sorta thing in "Right Now" is kinda neat.

+1 to Dream Theater. They have this one song where the drums and guitar are sorta similar, and the drums are quick on the hihat and mike hits the Splash every once and a while. Then JP does a solo over it. (sorry I'm not really familar with any DT songs... met the guys though, that was cool)
