I've been lurking the Carvin site for a few hours, and everything they make looks so nice, and some of it's pretty affordable. I'm already planning on getting a bass amp from them, and maybe a strap as well, but has anyone had any problems with their stuff? After the amp and strap, future stuff I was looking at was:

S16 Recording Mixer
EM900 In Ear Monitor
Custom Shop CS6
Custom Shop LB20
HC12 Tweed Case
RW12 Rack Case
SX3412 Guitar Amp
CM-87S Mic
M50 Mic
UX16-BP Wireless Instrument System

I've never had experience with them, but I've heard good things about them, and some good sounding artists/bands use them.

Very good bang for the buck guitars. They outplay alot of higher priced guitars I've played. I believe MatrixClaw owns one. Their tube amps are great. I'm not a fan of the V3 though. I haven't played their SS amps. I've never tried anything else by them though.

Yeah, their amps are very much cheaper than the other brands.

My DC727 outplays and sounds better than guitars 3-4 times its price

I've had tube amps for a while now, but never actually had any go down on me

maybe you're not saying the right things? an amp likes to know you care.

Carvin is a very underrated brand. Everything I've played with from them has outperformed much more expensive gear I've also played.

I almost bought an MTS 3200 tube head once. Thing had enough gain to kill whales within a mile radius.

- Gibson Flying V 120 #2 (Cherry)
- Gibson SG Standard ('61 style)
- Jackson DK2M

I just got my first Carvin guitar a few weeks ago, I don't see myself going with another brand anytime soon - they play great.. Check out the BBS off their site and the Carvin museum site for more Carvin pron.

Man that top is sick. There was a purple one on HC last week that had the most intense quilt top I've ever seen.
