Truths and contradictions,
that's how my father raised
Me, the Wunderkind
and the let down.
Sometimes,
between rhymes about a girl
and self-pity
between lies to my mother
and self-righteousness
I wonder,
What must it have been like
raising a living mirror?
Watching yourself grow
before your very eyes.

He said once that my childhood left at Seven
and at Eight,
a Man was looking him right in the eye.
I'm still waiting for that Man
to look me in mine.
I want Super Saiyan abilities

Wow, I like that it makes you think

"What must it have been like
raising a living mirror?
Watching yourself grow
before your very eyes..."-

I really like these lines, it gives different insight into the parent/child relationship and why it can be so difficult at times.
