Pickups aren't the best, but that's not a problem
I don't know about the trem, but Jacksons always seems pretty solid.

I'd say go for it, but wait for other replies first.

Jackson licensed FR is actually pretty solid. I wouldn't put it in the same category as OFR, but it's definitely good licensed floyd, should't cause much problems. I would replace the pickups tho, as they are medicore at their best.

600 bucks is definitely a good price for one, last time when allans had there sale they were selling them for 800 something. BUY IT!!!!!!!

Im not a jackson type guy but i guess that does very much fit your playing needs , through im surpirsed that the pick ups arnt the emg 81/85
