Drop D down half a step is literaly Drop D.. then lower all strings by half a step. Giving you drop Db (Db, Ab, Db, Gb, Bb, Eb)

Down a half step down a half step, is down one step, which would give you D standard (D, G, C, F, A, D)

On a cromatic tuner half step down drop d looks like this: C#G#C#F#A#D#
MARSHALL JVM 210H
PEAVEY JSX
KRANK 412
MESA 412
FENDER STRATS
DIMARZIO
CELESTION

You tune to Drop D standard, then you drop everything another half step so instead of DADGBe it'll be C#G#C#F#A#d#.

Well...do you want drop Db or drop D?

It doesn't freaking matter what order you do it in. You can tune to open G, then D, then drop C - as long as in the end the notes are the ones you want.
