So I've been playing guitar for about a year now. I haven't had to restring that often. I restring each of my guitars every 3-5 months though depending on tone and if the strings are fraying
But i've noticed that each time, I have some strings that are buzzing.
Now I know this is a technique problem, but what can I do to stop the buzzing when I restring?

are u changing string gauges each time? also make sure no matter the guitar, that the strings are bent back behind the nut to add extra tension.

if the buzzing goes away, maybe the neck hasnt set back yet from when u took the strings off?

Get a guitar tech to look at it. Better yet, get a friend who plays guitar to do it for free.
