im looking into gettin some pedals soon and these are what iv been looking at :

these two for use all the time :
digitech hardwire chromatic tuner
digitech hardwire metal distortion

and i really want a digitech whammy pedal


iv tried these pedals and there all really good but im just wondering if anyone knows of anything better or anything to add to these to gte a better tone

tuner wise, you'd be much better off with the sonic research turbo tuner. it's not much more expensive than a boss tu-2, but is a strobe tuner, and much more accurate.

Pedals, except maybe a tuner, won't help your sound much. If you are using an MG, then save your cash for something else. And IMO, Whammy's are a bit expensive for the amount of practical use people get out of em. Unless your name is Tom Morello.

haha im picking my new amp up on monday
its a laney lx120h half stack !
my budget is between 200 and 300

im looking for a fairly heavy tone , sort of ranging from R.A.T.M to whitechapel kinda sounds
. and erm the nearest major city is derby or nottingham

the mg50's are poo !!!!!

i think that a different tuner might be better. the korg pitchblack is supposed to be fantastic. i mean its hard to compare tuners since they dont have a tone or whatever, but the pitchblack looks nice, has a big display, and is very accurate.
