and it's old.

I've worn it more times then I can count, and the fabric is stretched a bit. I wanna pull up my sleeves, but the sleeves are too lose, and won't stay unless I roll them up.

How can I get the fabric "tougher" so that it'll stay on my arms, without rolling the sleeves? It'll stay up for like 15 minutes after it's washed, but afterwards, there's no chance.

Help me pit!
