budget 400$ may be 450. Um say classic rock /blues. Claptin ,zeplin,stv,muddy watters,bb king, and some up beat stuff to.

I say Vox Night Train or Peavey Classic 30 or 50 if you look used.

If not, the Bugera V22 or V55 is pretty much ideal. Maybe a Peavey Vypyr Tube 60.
