I haven't posted here in ages. Anyways, what is a good program to use that can record music? I've been using Audacity forever, and I'm tired of the ****ty quality.

Don't listen to just one persons opinion on the subject. Their favourite program may work for them, but they may do completely different things than you would with a DAW. Plus the differing styles of music and whatnot.

Research it yourself and figure out which would be best for yeh.

I wouldn't recommend anything that's free, to be honest.

Protools and Logic and, to a lesser extent, Cubase, are all industry standard. Very good programs. There's a bit of a learning curve to them, but it's worth it.
