so this morning i got up bright and early and went to pick this badboy up, its a jackson dk2m. he swapped the original pickups with a duncan invader in the bridge and a duncan performer in the neck. over all it soudns and plays great and the aesthetics do it for me too i love the look of the black inlays on the maple neck

I sorta want one of those, in that same color.

You should be able to hook up 1/4" cables to the line out on your Behringer, then bring them together with a mono-to-stereo Y adapter with a stereo 1/4 to 1/8 adapter, and plug that into the line in on your soundcard/laptop. If there isn't even the most basic of recording software on your computer already, then you should be able to find some freeware somewhere to do it.
