Hey, I was wondering, what are the best pickups for heavier music styles like Hard Rock for the bridge position? I have a budget of £120.
thanks

Name some bands that have a similar tone to what you're looking for. Hard rock is a very broad term.

Also, what amp are you using? Good pickups + crap amp = crap tone + a complete waste of money.

I have 2 guitars
one with a duncan distortion sh-6
and another with a sh-8 invader.

of the 2 the sh-6 distortion wins hands down, you can get the good drive you want and it cleans up very nicely..

the invader is really high gain, about all you can do with it. and it does mud up your tone a bit.

also look at the seymour duncan jb.. another great pickup

If you are using the Spider 3 like it says in your profile, then don't buy pickups, you need a new amp.

Can you increase the budget at all?
