Does anyone know of any way to do this? Is there shareware for it? All the programs I have tried you have to pay for.

Pandora Recovery can get some text and images recovered from a hard drive. Not sure about flash drives.

Google it.

I used Recuva once for a friend who'd lost all her holiday pics.
I managed to recover 160 out of 220. Not too bad.
No nudes though

1. Forget old data
2. Buy new flash drive
3. Don't drop it in extreme conditions
4. ???
5. No data loss!
