Recently ive been able to dial in a good tone for every genre really on my Marshall with my MXR hooked in. Well i was playing today and my ovedrive channel would kinda hum when i played a note...picture a sound frequency moving up and down. now put that into a sound and thats what im hearing.

it annoys me because its not a clear cut note, it keeps fluctuating

TALK TO GOD HERE --->

ME:
So you're gonna end the world soon?
GOD:
Interesting deduction. That was my original intention.
ME:
Well don't.
GOD:
Well that's okay. OK I will not.

sonic maximizer. get one
That won't help anything...

Noise suppressor should fix it. Also check your cables.

Im using new Monster cables so thats probably not it, and i HIGHLY doubt i need a noise gate. I have a Boss NS-2, but it really makes no difference.

and the nosie isnt feedback when i play a note, the sound coming out of the cab should be this: -----------------

it sounds like this: ^-^-^->-^-<-^->-^-<-^-^

it sounds really digital and cheap, almost like its a lightsaber surging and humming
