4. The Flaming Lips - Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots
5. Angels and Airwaves - We Don't Need to Whisper

Misery Signals - Controller
Buckethead - A Real Diamond in the Rough

I was gunna say that.
You would definitely need:

1. Relationship of Command-At The Drive-In
2. At A Soundless Dawn-Red Sparrows
3. Panopticon-Isis
4. Overcast!-Atmosphere
5. this spot is a toss up for any Dear Hunter or The Mars Volta album.

Don't know about whole albums, but...
Major Tom - Bowie
Knights of Cydonia - Muse
That snazzy little jazz number from the Star Wars bar
Space Odyssey 2001 soundtrack
Anything by Pink Floyd
Stairway to Heaven - Zeppelin

Probably Thick as A Brick by Jethro Tull and Magical Mystery Tour by the Beatles, too.

EDIT: And The End by The Doors.

I’ve come to take back what’s rightfully mine and now you’re damned
