I have a schecter omen 6 so I don't think this would be an upgrade (or downgrade). So I really don't need it but that just seems ridiculously cheap. Should I pick it up as a second guitar anyways?

esp ltd makes pretty good heavy distorted guitars my ltd les paul is AMAZING for distorted stuff but not amazing for really clean acoustic-esque tones..i mean its not bad as a clean but for something that has a lot of bass in the settings...and mine was 100 bucks so id say its a pretty good deal

Granted. But you have to endure support by the Miley Cyrus, Jonas Brothers and a steaming turd.

1. Death
2. Children Of Bodom
3. Metallica
4. Megadeth
5. Pantera
6. Cannibal Corpse

Why not, if you don't like it you only lost 50 bucks.

It's not an upgrade from the Schecter but for $50.00 you can't pass it up. Upgrade the guitar a little and use it as a back up or in a different tuning.
