I don't know much about them, but this Marshall AS50D looks like a viable option. Halp!

Why not just buy a regular amp?

I have a plenty good electric amp. It's a laney lx65d. Pretty nice for a 65w amp. But I'm getting an acoustic electric, so I want an acoustic amp for it.

Get the Acoustic, try it through the electric amp, and if you're not happy with the sound, then buy an acoustic amp.

An electric amp will work fine with an acoustic, that said, imo it takes away slightly from the "acoustic" sound. The guitar amp frequency spectrum is generally a hump, so an electric amp will make an acoustic sound slightly more like a clean electric. Its barely noticeable though. 90% of guitarists probably couldn't tell the difference.

That said, GC has a good deal on AC90s right now, you might want to check them out-
