OK, for those of you who don't know, VBA is a program for playing Gameboy/GBA games on the computer. Great program, I highly recommend it if you don't have a Gameboy.
Anyway, I'm playing Pokémon Fire Red on the emulator, and when I try to trade with another game, I can't save. I googled it, and it's a known problem. They gave an answer saying that I have to change the save type to 128k flash, which didn't work. They also mentioned something about an .ini file, and used complicated computer language, and I didn't understand a thing. Can anyone please help?

I do go outside and talk to girls. That doesn't mean I can't enjoy my Pokemanz!

cheat and get pokemans with gameshark codes?

I did that on my Emerald, but I don't like cheating, so I decided not to.

Fire-Red is basically a Generation I game with Generation III graphics.
