From Wikipedia.

Guitars

* ESP SP120 V-Shaped Baritone Prototype
* ESP LTD F-Series
* B.C. Rich Red Acrylic Warlock
* Washburn 333, "Dimebolt"
* Gibson Flying V (with EMG 81 in bridge)
* Yamaha Eric Clapton acoustic

For the recording of the song "Aesthetics of Hate", inspired by reactions to the murder of his friend Dimebag Darrell, from the album The Blackening, Flynn used a Washburn 333, nicknamed "Dimebolt", which was given to him by Dimebag after he broke one of Flynn's guitars while intoxicated. However, in the music video for the song, Flynn can be seen playing his transparent B.C. Rich Warlock.[4]
[edit] Amplifiers

Flynn uses Peavey 5150 heads with Marshall cabinets both live and in the studio. He owns eight Peavey heads, only one of which is used for recording.

Effects:
* Electro-Harmonix Electric Mistress
* Dunlop Jimi Hendrix Fuzz Face
* Boss pedals
* Line 6 delay
* MXR Phase 90
If you start a reply with: I have never played one but I have heard good things about it! Your opinion is invalid.

Robert Flynn uses an Electro-Harmonix Electric Mistress, a Dunlop Hendrix Fuzz Face, a Phase 90, and a Line 6 delay of some sort.

Robb Flynn and Phil Demell both use the same gear.

Phil Demell uses a 5150II or a 6505+ with his signature Jackson Demelliton King V.

Robb Flynn uses a 5150II/6505+ with a Gibson Flying V.

I can't say much about effects.
