so ive been recently working with alot of dual guitar lead harmony licks, and i was told to harmonize in 5ths and 3rds and such. How can i locate these notes easily? because i also have heard of some chords with 9th intervals, but ive only been shown up to 7.

From 1 to 8 in an octave there are seven intervals yes. but if you were to go to 9 it would just be like going up 1 octave and to the second. so it is the second, but one octave higher. same with things like a 13th. its an octave and a fifth above.

OHHHH!!, makes so much sense thank you, and the root note to any interval, is it chromatic?
