I am always in the market for stuff I don't have to pay for, and this time I'm looking for some modeling software. I already use a demo version of Guitar Rig 3, but my crate practice amp sounds better (I'd record normally, but I don't have a mic). Anyone know of a decent modeling plugin that I can download for free or get a demo of? For mac?
EDIT: Legal downloads only please.

I got my sister pregnant once. Yeah, that was awkward, but mostly because she's 6 years younger than me.

The ReValver Mk III is great for the tube-y tone. There are no close competitors when it comes to modelling tube amps, the tone from Guitar Rig amps do not come close to touching the ReValver.

Do you have a GX combo or what? Those little amps can kick some ass.

Yeah, it does sound awesome. Any idea how to record with it though?

Just downloaded revalver. I'm using it as a plugin for garageband, which is being nice and letting me record with it. It's amazing!!! I'm still going to actually buy a tube amp and mic it eventually, but this sounds a lot like what I hear in my head when I think of a song.
