I have:
Dunlop Cry Baby
Boss TU-2 Chromatic Tuner
Boss NS-2 Noise Suppressor
Boss DD-7 Digital Delay
Big Muff Pi
Ibanez Tube Screamer Turbo
Boss GE-7 Equalizer

Thanks.

Boss NS-2 send->crybaby->big muff->tube screamer->GE-7->NS-2 return

Guitar ->Boss TU-2-> ns-2->DD7->amp

something like that is how i'd do it.
i used to be a mod, then i took an arrow in the knee.

The first question should be how does it sound good? Figure it out, just try the order until it sounds right eh.

Always put your Noise Suppressor loop around your distortion(s), other than that, it's up to you. I'm a bassist and my order is:
Distortion -> Noise Suppressor - Synth Wah - Octaver - Eq - Chorus - Delay - Wah.

Everyone on forums shout at me for this order, but it's personal choice.

What amp do you have? Does it have an effects loop?

Line 6, no effects loop.

Tuner first, overdrives before wah, don't know about the EQ, NS, and delay.

No way! Usually the wah comes before drive (unless you're trying to pull off some Santana sound), then modulation -> delay -> EQ.

NS should come first.

Cheers!
