Do you any rock/punk/alt. rock song(s) with the famous pentameter?

For those who don't know it is like this:

ti tum / ti tum / ti tum / ti tum / ti tum

Or _ / _ / _ / _ / _ /
Or • / • / • / • / • /

Homework…

I'm pretty sure there are a lot of Thrice songs in iambic pentameter.

The last songs of each of their Water/Fire/Air/Earth albums use iambic pentameter. I can't remember the names of them all... I checked it out once, they have 10 syllables in each line.

Sorry Fiire I don't know any songs.

c***ididthar?

EDIT: Seriously, we're censoring "wut" now?

That's lame as hell.

The mods think it is funny.

If more Pit goers knew poetry I would make an iambic pentameter speaking thread, but I have a feeling it would not work that well.

I think "Don't Let Me Down" by The Beatles has some iambic pentameter in lines such as "Nobody ever loved me like she does" etc.

No, wut was censored to make it a little more difficult for the clowns posting pear pics. most of them have wut in the address, so the auto censor keeps the image address from being valid. it won't display.

Iambic Pentameter in rock songs.
Think about it for a minute.

Iambs in rock? Likely.

Pentameter (five)? Not-so-much. Rock is mostly in 4/4.
Maybe look for it in Rush songs. They tend to write in odd time signatures.
