they are different guitars neither is any better than the other, they are just different. My main experience is with the mira (my bandmate had one) and it was beautiful to play, he quite liked the split humbuckers but i wasn't such a fan.

what music you playing?

well i play mainly slash style stuff and some shred, i was going to get a les paul but hated the heel and i need upper fret access. ive tried the ce 22 and it felt great, but ive heard many good things with the mira i just want to know if its built as solidly as the ce 22 and the standard 22's and such.

They're built to the same excellent standards, no question.

That said, I've run into examples of both that leave something to be desired, with finish quality and particularly set-up.

They're different animals, though, so whichever floats your boat, I suppose.

I always felt Miras had some extra snap in their sound and feel, more akin to 24 than a 22.

But then I've never been a huge 22 fan, so....

Edit: by 22 and 24 I mean ce22 and custom 22 vs. the custom 24. I haven't much experience with McCartys, artist models and such.
