I have a few of the older Fender 6" angled patch cables with standard metal plugs, which I really like and were fairly cheap ($5-8 bucks? I don't remember). They plugs are compact and they haven't shorted out in the 2 years I've had them.
Anyway I need a few more but these are out of production and I'm looking for some new ones in the <$10 range that are of good quality, preferably with standard metal plugs. Any suggestions?

I got a 6 pack of Hosa patch cables for $9
haven't had them for long but they seem like they will hold up and are pretty well made

I haven't ever had a problem with either Planet Waves or Live Wire pedal coupling (patch) cables.
