I couldn't hear any sort of harmonic. That singer's voice is really obnoxious in my opinion.

Well it may not be a harmonic but could be a note is being played. It sounds different though.

Ok, I listened again really carefully, and I heard what you're talking about. They're just resting all their fingers on the neck, and strumming back and forth across all the strings really fast.

There is nothing that is noticably being done to alter the pitch and/or tonality of the note. Do you just mean how to get that kind of tone?

i heard it sounded like a natural harmonic around the 3rd or 5th fret
To do it just rest your hand over(NOT FRET) the 5th fret,hit the string then quickly pull off the string.If the 5th frets to hard,start with the 12th
