Dear UG,

I've had a weak wrist for quite a while. I once had this tennisarm(dont know if thats a correct english term) which means my wrist and arm has been overworking. It went okay for a few months. Now I was just playing guitar, and all of a sudden I got a 'stab' in my wrist and my hand feels all tingly. Any of you guys ever had this ?

Thanks

"tennisarm" == tennis elbow. Close.

Now wtf is "RSI"?

Repetitive Strain Injury?

Or something to that effect. I'm getting this more and more recently. Can I ask; when you get the stab, is your hand almost supersensitive, as in... cold things are extremely cold and warm things feel very hot? I'm getting that as well. For example, when I get this injury, even holding a penny feels very cold.

It also hurts to make a fist with my fretting hand at times.
