#1
Earlyish Rise Against style.
I like the end part, but I don't see where it would fit in at the moment. That part is a change of style (acoustic or clean guitar and much softer vocals).

Sufferer or Witness

Your time is up
Say your final prayers to God
We wish you luck
For the less travelled road
Sat back, relax it won't take long,
You won't feel a thing
Breathe deeply, hold your breath
It might just be your last

Now way will I be forgiving you
Now way will I admit what you made us do
Demand what want from our callous lives
Just take what you want
Just make it quick

The sea below beckons you,
Calling with each crashing wave
Luring you over the edge,
Sending you to your grave
Dragging with you memories of a hateful past
We pray to God you won't survive
We pray you're not built to last

Now way will I be forgiving you
Now way will I admit what you made us do
Demand what want from our callous lives
Just take what you want
Just make it quick

Sufferer?
Witness?
Please take your pick
Standing by, watching on,
Or putting up with cries of pain?

Murder's witness
God knows what you've seen
To hell and back,
God knows where else you've been

The simple answer hangs in front of you
Are we worth being spared?
Is it worth it for you?
So predictable,
Devoid of surprises,
We’ll be saved too late
We’ll die too soon
We'll be saved too late,
We'll die far too soon
