what kind of wood for the body of the guitar, the neck, fretboard would be best
suited for arpeggios, solos and a little bit of metalcore and melodeth???

Mahogany could be used? but i would suggest for a brighter more cutting sound and Alder body and maple neck. And of course high output pickups of your choice.

fretboard wood is really down to personal preference anyway, it has a fairly small influence (if any) on tone, mainly aesthetics.

also most shreddy guitars seem to have a basswood body as it allows the tone to be mainly shaped by the sound of the pickups

I'd go with Mahogany body, maybe Maple capped, and Maple neck for a bit more bright. Otherwise Basswood or Alder plain body.
