yeah, you dont need a special amp or anything, it would sound better thru an acoustic amp, but yes, you can plug it into a normal amp without a problem, same goes for any other acoustic/electric guitar

it'll be ok with a normal amp, but dont try using any gain, feed back will be a bitch, even if you mute the strings. and acoustic amps sound better IMO with acoustics anyways.
