Did ESP ever manufacture a Gibson V body style guitar? Like the old JH-1 series, but just a standard production of it?

The Alexi Laiho model is similar to the ESP SV, the RR shape thats's available only in Europe and Japan, and the ESP site only features the ESP V's that are the "Dave Mustaine" body style.

I didn't know if they perhaps made a Gibson V Style and discontinued it like they did the "Lawsuit" Explorer

No it's really not...
You'd be closer with any of these: http://espguitars.com/guitars_v.html
Or the Michael Paget, Wayne Static or Dan Jacobs signatures. They're all more pointy than the Gibson but they're the closest you'll get with ESP.
Speed is a by-product of shut the fuck up.

One horn is longer than the other. You're right, they're completely different.
