So could I plug in headphones into my amp's speaker output, because I don't have output for headphones on Peavey studio pro 112?

no, that is a bad, bad, bad idea. you will probably blow the amp and your headphones. well, maybe not, but it isnt a good idea.

if you dont have a speaker or line out, then you should not stick headphones in your amp.
