Anyone know how this guy gets his vocals to sound this... raw? Is he just screaming at the top of his lungs? I kinda doubt that since he has been doing this for a couple of years, so he would probably be unable to properly speak by now. So any advice would be apreciated, since this kind of stuff would really suit to our songs. Maybe similar techniqe that Brian johnson uses?

There's a healthy way to do this a little bit, but you simply cannot do this for your whole show, or even a majority of your songs without suffering some damage. Obviously, everyone has their own threshold for vocal damage, and I imagine this guy's doing it as healthfully as he can (notice his veins aren't bulging; he's hardly opening his mouth) but that rough, throaty sound is irritating to your cords no matter how you produce it.

He's probably doing what Brian Johnson's doing. If AC/DC is doing something, Airbourne's probably doing it too. They probably all ate the same breakfast this morning.
